Training
We are providing Technical, Quality Management System, Safety and Precautionary, EMS training to our employees based on their skill set. Also, we are preparing Skill Matrix for each employee based on their Job Responsibilities.
Canteen
In our canteen, we provide food to our employees on a 3 shift basis with great care on its quality and quantity
CAB facility
From the factory, we are running a CAB to drop our employees to the nearby towns and villages (approx 60 Kms shuttle)
